Del's White Castle Recipe

Flashback to last night....

Visiting a close family friend last evening down in Venice, FL we had an awesome time having dinner at my favorite FL restaurants, Luna's, and a few beers at one of my favorite FL sports bars (Bogey's)....After a personal record 5 beers consumed (2 Coors Lights, 1 Budweiser, 1 Bud Light, and 1 BitBurger) my father (about as big a drinker as Pittsburgh NT Casey Hampton is an athlete) he began to divulge the recipe for his world famous White Castle Casserole....Yes, the fact that the White Castle Casserole is one of our family favorites probably says a whole lot about us....
BUT it is good, especially after a few too many (just like White Castles)...

And the kicker is that it's served for breakfast...the next BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS...Champions of what?  Probably idiot SuperFan competitions!

so after close negotiation...it is ready for public consumption...here you go, complements of the man himself..

1.  Need a casserole dish
2. Take frozen or fresh white castles
3. If fresh, remove pickle...if like pickles, then eat said pickle
4. Cut each Castle in quarters
5. Put 'em in the Casserole dish
6. Take Egg Beaters, pour over Castles, dice half green and red pepper, sprinkle peppers over glorious mixture
7. Put in fridge overnight or for 3+ hours
8. put in oven (350 degrees for 30 minutes)
9. After 30 minutes, cover with monterrey or cheddar cheese
10. Then Bake until "Carson Palmer" GOLDEN ARM Brown...
11. ENJOY
12. THANK US LATER

(Hot sauce optional)
